These terms cover your use of bokado.me and any inquiry or booking you make with Bō•KâDō Studios (“we,” “us,” “our”), a Fog City Fotografi boutique boudoir portrait studio based in the East Bay, California. By using this site or booking with us, you agree to the terms below.
What we do
Bō•KâDō offers boudoir portrait sessions, as described on this site. Services, themes, availability (including the monthly time-slot counts shown on the home page), and any prices or fees mentioned here are informational and may change; they are not a binding offer. Every booking is confirmed individually.
Inquiries and bookings
Sending a message, calling, or emailing us does not itself create a booking. We begin with an intro meeting and then send a proposal with a la carte options. A booking is confirmed once you accept the proposal and pay the retainer fee described on this site. The details of your retainer, deposits, rescheduling, and cancellation are set out in your proposal or agreement for your session and may vary by session.
Photographs and usage
Rights to use photographs from your session — for you and for us — are governed by the agreement for your session, not by this website. If something wasn’t agreed in writing, please don’t assume a right to use, publish, or reproduce images beyond what was explicitly discussed. We ask that anyone who shares their session photographs keep our logo intact or mention us in the photo credits: Fog City Fotografi.

The text, design, and imagery displayed on bokado.me belong to Bō•KâDō Studios or are used with permission. Please don’t copy, download, or redistribute site content without asking us first.
Using the message form
Please use the form for genuine inquiries. Automated or bulk submissions, scraping or harvesting of contact details, sending unlawful or abusive content, and attempts to disrupt the site or bypass its protections are not allowed, and we may block access or discard messages to protect the site and our clients.
